How you will make history here... We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Sr Talent & Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Partner to shape and deliver enterprise-wide solutions that elevate performance, culture, and capability. This role will lead, and support projects aligned to our Organizational Effectiveness strategies, including organizational design, workforce planning, leader/team effectiveness, and employee listening. As a key member of the Talent COE, you will partner with HRBPs and business leaders to translate organizational insights into scalable frameworks, toolkits, and strategies. This is a great opportunity for a forward-thinking professional with 5+ years of HRBP or OE/OD experience, who thrives in ambiguity and is passionate about building high-performing organizations. What you will do... * Design and refine organizational design frameworks, toolkits, and diagnostics (e.g., efficiency templates, org analysis tools) * Conduct external research and benchmarking to bring forward best practices in OE and talent strategy. * Support workforce planning by developing capability assessment tools and talent planning approaches. * Collaborate across COEs and HR functions to embed OE practices into broader talent strategies * Partner with HRBPs to activate OE best practices, frameworks and tools across the enterprise. * Create and evolve toolkits, assessments, and team protocols that enable high performing teams * Build ways-of-working frameworks and partner on team journey mapping and experiences * Design team and leader effectiveness sessions in partnership with HRBPs, Talent Lead and Business leaders * Provide guidance on on-demand survey design and insights generations, aligned to key employee experience moments. * Analyze and synthesize data to support Enterprise employee engagement action planning, leadership insight and storytelling. * Monitor survey participation, track sentiment trends and support survey operations and protocols. * Contribute to the development of meeting and operating effectiveness models What you bring to the table... * 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, ideally as an HR Business Partner or OE/OD practitioner * Bachelor's Degree Required * Experience designing and implementing org effectiveness tools, frameworks and driving user adoption * Strong facilitation, storytelling, and executive communication skills * Analytical and systems-thinking mindset with the ability to translate insights into tools and action * Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects and collaborate effectively. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
