This position will be based in Ashburn, VA.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct quality enrollment appointments for customers on a daily basis.

* Verify the required identification documents and capture high-quality fingerprints using electronic live scan methods.

* Assist with hardware inventory set up and deployment to the field.

* Provide administrative and operational support to line management in a variety of functional areas.

* Effectively utilize Microsoft Excel and various other systems to track, maintain and analyze operational components of the business.

* Coordinate with other contract personnel to ensure work moves smoothly from one functional area to another.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

* High School plus advanced training, and 2 - 3 years of experience.

* Demonstrate an intermediate understanding of the fundamentals of Microsoft Office including Excel.

* Strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels are required.

* A professional attitude regarding attention to detail and customer service.

* Experience working with PCs, laptops, printers and digital scanners is preferred.

* Familiarity with basic problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
