Loan Workout Specialist

Genesis10 is seeking a Loan Workout Specialist for a 12-month contract (with possible extension) position in Des Moines, IA. This position will work onsite 5 days per week. This position has the option to convert to full-time.

Schedule: Hours are flexible, but you need to stay until 3 pm.

Compensation: $23.75 per hour.

Description:

Team focuses on servicing delinquent credit card and personal loan accounts. They retain ownership of the accounts but place them with third-party law firms for litigation purposes. Their main goal is to support the legal process to recover funds through court filings, affidavits, and agreements. The work is entirely administrative and supportive of the litigation workflow.

Required Skills:

• Legal background - understand the legal process
• Attention to detail & accuracy
• DocuSign E-signature platforms exp
• Data, documents, or agreements review for accuracy
• Research exp
• Scanning documents to electronic documents
• Ability to work on-site and support multiple internal stakeholders
• Comfortable handling sensitive/legal documents
• E-signature proficiency, legal document handling, and attention to detail
• Understanding of government websites to get the required info or documents
