Inside the Role

DTNA is looking for a tech savvy, well-organized and solution minded Executive Assistant to provide support to our Chief Legal Officer (CLO). You will work daily with the CLO to support her in modeling work life harmony by balancing multiple priorities while finding time to be human. You will take an active role in leading team gatherings of all kinds, promoting a culture of connection within the Legal team. This is a great opportunity for a proactive task master who enjoys building relationships, using technology, and checking items off the to-do list. In this role, you will gain valuable experience learning the interpersonal side of leading people and a function, grow your experience in collaboration and workflow tools, and develop your written and verbal communication skills. Plus, we are a team that likes to have FUN!

Position offers a starting hourly pay of$37.50 - $48.07 HR USD

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, andexperience

What You Drive at DTNA

  • Manage CLO's demanding calendar.

  • Arrange travel and prepare expense reports for the CLO.

  • Organize team meetings, events, and workshops, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering, rooms, guest speakers and other details when necessary. You will also assist in the creation of team agendas so bring your ideas!

  • General secretarial and office management functions. Includes opening and routing department mail, ordering office supplies, and working with IT for office equipment and application related support.

  • Support monthly invoice review, budget tracking and annual planning.

  • Support onboarding of new employees.

  • Triage service of process documents to correct owners.

  • Maintain team birthday and celebration calendar.

  • Keep current team email and MS Teams distribution/member lists.

  • Lead effort to keep our Intranet page up to date.

  • Run reports, create presentations and draft communications as requested by the General Counsel.

  • Other administrative tasks as requested by the CLO.

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) with 3 years of administrative support experience OR an associate's degree (or higher) in lieu of experience required.

  • Demonstrated ability to initiate actions independently and follow through to completion.

  • Effective in planning, prioritizing and executing tasks in a timely manner.

  • Strong, flexible communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of different people, including co-workers, company executives, outside counsel and staff, and other third-party contacts with the Legal Department.

  • Comfortable with new technology, virtual meeting platforms, digital whiteboards and scheduling systems.

  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office suite skills including Teams and SharePoint.

  • Courage to exercise independent judgment when faced with administrative decisions.

  • Highly organized, thorough and detail-oriented.

  • Sense of humor and interest in having fun at work.
