In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. Are you passionate about local news? Get excited for breaking news? Embrace unscripted live streaming but also linear newscast delivery?
We are searching for a full-time Senior Producer who will execute a live streaming schedule on FOX Local and lead the FOX 9 newsroom on the weekends.

Our producers deliver engaging content with strong writing and newsgathering skills. Candidates will be expected to craft live streaming segments, contribute on the linear newscasts and manage weekend staff.

Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to being flexible with show assignment, taking lead in breaking news situations and mentoring staff.
Candidates must be able to work on deadline, have strong news judgment, solid writing skills, knowledge of current events and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of television production techniques and newsroom computer systems is required. Knowledge of Internet publishing and related skills is also a must.

We require two to three years of experience in a medium to major market and a four-year college degree.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $70,000.00-80,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
