Position Title:
Graphic Designer
Position Classification: Regular; Exempt; Full-Time; 40 hours/Week Reports to: Art Manager Location: Employees in this role can work from our Boston, MA office, remotely within the U.S. or hybrid of these two options (up to 5% domestic and international travel). Please note that we do not sponsor U.S. work authorization for this role. Candidates must be able to legally work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Position Overview
The Graphic Designer is a creative and detail-oriented visual communicator who plays a key role on the Marketing and Communications team and supports Partners In Health's (PIH) fundraising, development, and global marketing and communication efforts through strategic, high-quality design across print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong layout and typography skills, a flexible and collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals and communications. With guidance from the Art Manager, the Graphic Designer collaborates across multiple teams to create donor-facing materials, assists in developing campaign and initiative brands, and support in upholding PIH-brand alignment.

Pay and Benefits
The expected starting salary range for new hires in this position is between $60,000-65,000/year and may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market for the position, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position belongs to a class of roles that have a salary range between $60,000-75,000/year. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan with automatic employer contribution, as well as participate in organization-sponsored medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
