The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and operational support with the goal of creating a great customer experience. Reporting to the Sales Director, this role manages the day-to-day order processing activities such as maintaining ERP data, answering open order inquiries, tracking production status, and providing customer updates. The Sales Support Specialist works collaboratively with internal partners in Production, Supply Chain, and Sales applying excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and system knowledge to ensure smooth order fulfillment. As the Sales Support Specialist, you will support the Bevco brand by ensuring accurate information flow between customers and internal departments.




  • Manage and maintain accurate delivery dates and order details in our ERP system.
  • Handle open order inquiries from customers and provide timely responses.
  • Communicate with shop floor personnel to determine production status and relay information to customers.
  • Provide tracking information to customers and manage delivery expectations.
  • Enter and process sales orders with precision and attention to detail.
  • Monitor status of and communicate with customers on order progress and timelines.
  • Resolve order discrepancies and coordinate solutions between departments.
  • Contribute to process efficiency and customer experience continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree, equivalent work experience, preferably in the manufacturing environment.
  • Prior customer service experience in a configured or engineered to order manufacturing is preferred. Strong verbal, listening and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in Windows environment and learn multiple computer applications (MS Office Suite, Onenote, Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to conduct problem solving in day-to-day operations.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems and order processing workflows. SAP and Salesforce preferred.
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented and ability to thrive in a highly dynamic and changing environment.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and analyze information
