OVERVIEW



We are looking for a driven, proactive and collaborative HR professional to join our team! The Human Resources (HR) Generalist is responsible for supporting various HR functions including recruiting, employee relations, onboarding and core talent processes to include performance management, strategic talent reviews. The Generalist will partner with leaders across our global enterprise to drive key talent initiatives in the form of coaching and business partnership to achieve desired business objectives and outcomes.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Serves as the primary resource for employees and leaders related to one or more functional HR areas; develops reports and analyses as required; recommends action within HR and/or to employees and leaders; provides proactive resolution of employee concerns and problems with goal of future problem prevention.
  • Provide hands-on approach that develops strong relationships with stakeholders and employees allowing accurate insights around the engagement, moral and "pulse" of the organization.
  • Reseaches, analyzes and develops recommendations for continuous improvement of HR processes, procedures or programs to deliver innovative solutions to meet needs: assists in the implementation of new or revised policies and procedures.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Own onboarding process for new hires to include: administering new hire paperwork, pre-employment testing and conducting new hire orientation.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to implement integrated people and organization solutions, e.g., benefits, leadership development, workforce planning, benchmarking, reward and recognition, training, and employee data integrity.
  • Change advocate known for mobilizing and enabling business leaders & teams to drive organizational change for increased employee engagement, retention, and business growth

TECHNICAL SKILLS



  • Education and/or Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Minimum of 3+ years of progressively responsible related HR Generalist experience.
  • Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations: PHR (Professional in Human Resources), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical and business information and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Successfully navigate ambiguity in order to obtain the required information. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing deadlines
  • Computer Applications Skills: Ability to work with Microsoft Office, HRIS system (Ceridian Dayforce preferred) and all standard current computer applications.
