The Opportunity:

Join a close-knit and collaborative team that manages Adobe's worldwide litigations and intellectual property investigations! As the Litigation Legal Specialist, you will play a crucial role in defending our Company from litigation threats and ensuring the protection of our intellectual property. What You'll Do:

As the Litigation Legal Specialist, you are a driving force behind the success of the Litigation team. You will work with our team to build and improve processes, maintain records, and coordinate communications both within the Litigation team and across the organization.

Under the supervision of the Litigation team members, you will:

  • Coordinate matter management for worldwide litigation matters, including building out matter management systems and processes from the ground up and reporting on these matters.
  • Assist in responding to third-party subpoenas, disputes brought in small claims court, and customer issues raised to state regulatory agencies.
  • Manage and index document repositories from prior litigation matters for use in future litigations.
  • Identify areas for improvement in various litigation processes and develop, implement, and streamline methodologies.
  • Support and build positive relationships with cross-functional teams in Adobe Legal, including Employment, Privacy, Antitrust, and Patent teams, that the Litigation team partners with.
Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Preferably 10+ years of experience working at a law firm or with an in-house legal team
  • A critical thinking and meticulous nature
  • Ability to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all project deliverables while managing competing priorities
  • Independently resourceful with a strong problem-solving initiative
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Desire to learn and take on new challenges
  • Experience with data entry, records, or database systems management
  • Proficiency with office software and the ability to use technology for organization, reporting, and automating processes
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $88,900 -- $173,400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
