POSITION SUMMARY

The Recruiting Coordinator will assist with seasonal recruitment and onboarding administrative functions and processes. This position will be the first point of contact for seasonal applicants and will set the tone of each applicant's recruitment experience. The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with the Human Resources management team and hiring managers to ensure we are capturing the right candidate pool and forwarding strong candidates to each hiring manager. This is a full-time seasonal position, compensated at $21.00/hour.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Review job applications as they are submitted, ensure applicants meet posted qualifications for each individual job requisition
  • Contact qualified candidates in a professional manner through the specified channels
  • Conduct initial prescreen interviews with qualified candidates in a professional manner
  • Communicate interview results with hiring managers in a timely fashion
  • Keep track of calendar invites for prescreen interviews, ensure conflicts are communicated in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist managers with any recruitment workspace questions they may have
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure an adequate candidate pool is being provided
  • Review staffing updates with Human Resources management
  • Attendance at career fairs in conjunction with Human Resources management team members
  • Additional duties as assigned


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education:
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent, required

Experience:
  • Previous recruitment experience, preferred
  • Previous customer service experience, preferred
  • Previous reception or office experience, preferred


QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
  • Confident working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong public speaking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to collaborate effectively


TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Occasional day travel to local career fairs.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

This position may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
