Job Title: Open Enrollment Specialist Location: Sacramento, CA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Overview Our client is seeking a friendly, proactive, and knowledgeable Open Enrollment Specialist to support their Sales & Account Management Team during peak enrollment periods. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for customer engagement and a strong understanding of health benefits. Key Responsibilities * Attend Benefit/Health Fairs, Wellness Events, and Open Enrollment Meetings. * Educate employers, brokers, and prospective/existing members about benefit plans and offerings. * Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information in a professional and approachable manner. * Represent the client's brand with enthusiasm and integrity. Required Skills & Experience * Prior experience in sales, open enrollment, or benefits education. * Familiarity with the health insurance industry and HIPAA guidelines. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Preferred Qualifications * Bilingual (Spanish or other languages). * Experience working with brokers or in healthcare settings. * Comfort with CRM systems or enrollment platforms.
