Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Supervise the 4-10 Engineers within the Process Support Group while managing their day to day performance and development opportunities.
• Set and uphold high standards for direct reports to encourage strong teamwork, maintain a positive work culture, and support success in their roles.
• Identify, coordinate and drive continuous improvement activities within production and business processes.
• Serve as Process Lead in PPT/IPT projects.
• Work on major projects and initiatives in broad areas of assignments and fields.
• Championing safety and quality standards throughout all engineering activities.

• Bachelor's in Engineering required, equivalent industry related experience strongly preferred
• Five years experience in a manufacturing setting
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Prior experience leading a team is preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of Marvin manufacturing systems

• Strong written and oral communication with multiple teams
• Demonstrable creative problem-solving skills
• Desire to share expertise and be open to others' ideas
