We are seeking a Manager of Compensation who will oversee the development, implementation, and administration of the company's Compensation programs. Responsibilities include job architecture management, base pay structure administration, incentive and bonus plan design, and commission program leadership. The Manager of Compensation is responsible for assisting in the design, administration, and testing of Compensation systems; as well as, collaborating with all levels of management and departments across the organization.



Your Impact

    Drive and promote the integrated Total Rewards strategy regarding Compensation
  • Ensure that Compensation solutions are designed and implemented effectively and in a timely manner
  • Manage and maintain all aspects of compensation programs including job descriptions, salary structures, incentive design and management
  • Assist in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Oracle Cloud HCM system, specifically the Workforce Compensation module
  • Support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) with Total Rewards solutions to enhance the employee experience and meet business needs
  • Advise HRBPs and line managers on compensation offers, pay bands, grades and career paths linked to total rewards
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Payroll and other internal stakeholders to ensure total rewards program costs are managed effectively
  • Gather and analyze information and translate into metrics, structured reporting, and data driven analysis
  • Support the effective use of Commissions programs and the continued transformation of our Total Rewards strategy to best support the Clinician lifecycle
  • Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance standards are met and maintain a working knowledge of federal and state legislation influencing compensation and benefits


Minimum Qualifications

Minimum

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive Compensation experience
  • 3+ years of comprehensive experience with managing Compensation teams and programs
  • Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver's license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures

Preferred

  • MHRM or MBA
  • Experience working in an Oracle Cloud HCM environment
