Description
The Retail Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for our Customer Service Associates (CSAs) and Personal Bankers. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that our retail associates are proficient in their roles, understand our banking systems and processes, and are equipped to deliver exceptional service to our clients. The Retail Trainer will collaborate closely with Retail Operations and management teams to identify training needs and develop strategies for ongoing learning and development.

This is a full time role between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Please note this role is an onsite role based out of our Monona and Cross Plains offices.
