Information Coordinator

Job Summary
The Information Coordinator is responsible for maintaining daily information for energy, plant flow, air and water permits, HACCP, Bio-security and safety.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

*Conducts safety, Bio-security, and HACCP training as needed.
*Oversees employee orientation program.
*Monitors HACCP and Bio-security programs.
*Records flow meter information and maintains logs for air permit and irrigation.
*Monitors and repairs chemical pumps; controls chlorine dioxide generator, boiler water test and blowdown.
*Records energy and productions numbers, fuel usage, chemical and stabilizer inventory.
*Maintains fire extinguishers and eye wash stations.
*All other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
*Communicates clearly in verbal and written form.
*Highly organized; superior time management skills.
*Excellent math skills.

Education/Experience Requirements
*High school diploma preferred.

Physical Demands
*Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, bend, and kneel.
*Frequently lifts up to 10 lbs.
*Occasionally must push, pull, move or lift up to 100 lbs.
*Regularly required reach with hands and arms.

Work Environment
Job functions will be carried out at a plant and office environment.
