As our Lubricants Freight Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our lubricant products reach their destinations efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time. What You'll Do Coordinate and track freight shipments to ensure timely delivery Prepare Bill of Ladings and complete shipping documentation Communicate with internal teams and customers about LTL shipments Monitor and optimize freight costs for efficiency Resolve invoice discrepancies and collaborate with vendors Support bulk plant managers and streamline shipping processes Provide top-tier service to internal and external stakeholders Cross-train and support other roles within the department What You Bring Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Gmail, Google Sheets & Docs Ability to type and use ten-key efficiently High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Associate's degree preferred Comfortable with basic math (addition, subtraction, percentages) Ability to read and write clear, professional correspondence Why Join World Kinect?
