Inventory Logistics Specialist/Shipping and Receiving

Shipping & Receiving Associate - 2nd Shift (3 PM - 11 PM)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3 PM to 11 PM

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our 2nd shift team. You'll help support daily logistics and inventory for critical aerospace programs. This hands-on role includes receiving, inspecting, packing, and tracking shipments to keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Receive shipments and check against packing slips or purchase orders

Inspect materials for damage or accuracy

Pack and ship outbound orders (domestic and international)

Keep accurate records and update inventory systems

Work with other departments to meet shipping deadlines

Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area

Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided if needed)

Follow company and export control policies

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience
• Familiar with shipping tools (FedEx, UPS, DHL) and inventory software
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
