Benefits Specialist

Staffmark is hiring a Benefits Specialist in Dallas, TX! Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in benefits administration? This is your opportunity to put your expertise to work in a dynamic environment while earning competitive pay and enjoying excellent benefits.

Pay: $30-$40/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily benefits operations and support employees/managers
• Administer QLEs, mid-year changes, and open enrollment
• Respond to employee benefit inquiries and process changes
• Perform data analysis, reconciliations, and billing
• Support audits, new hire orientation, and open enrollment activities
• Stay current on benefits laws, FMLA, and leave regulations

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years in Benefits Administration (including FMLA, 401(k), Health & Welfare, and Retirement plans)
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits laws/regulations
• Proficient in Excel and HRIS systems
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Experience with M&A benefit integration a plus
• Office-based role; must be comfortable with computer use and light lifting (up to 10 lbs)
