Staffmark is hiring an experienced Inventory & Distribution Specialist! Join a dynamic team that keeps materials moving efficiently across our manufacturing and distribution operations. This hands-on role spans receiving, inventory control, kitting, and shipping-perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving logistics challenges.

Starting Pay: $30/hr (Depending on experience.)

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Some Saturdays as needed

What You'll Do:



  • Inspect, unpack, and process incoming shipments
  • Resolve discrepancies and damaged goods issues
  • Label materials and ensure accurate inventory put-away
  • Deliver materials to departments or notify requestors
  • Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
  • Pick, kit, and stage materials for production or shipment
  • Investigate and resolve transaction errors and shortages
  • Support scrap, quality hold, and material disposition processes
  • Pack and ship domestic & international orders, including HAZMAT
  • Schedule pickups with freight providers and coordinate logistics
  • Maintain shipment records and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Monitor packaging supplies and stay up-to-date on shipping requirements



What We're Looking For:



  • 4+ years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience
  • Proficient with ERP/WMS systems, shipping portals, and Microsoft Office
  • Hands-on experience with freight booking, international shipping, and HAZMAT
  • Comfortable operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and stock pickers (certification provided if needed)
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet
