This Position reports to:

Advanced Manufacturing Manager

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the creation, update, maintenance, deletion, and delivery of master data while ensuring that it is consistent and trustworthy. Each day, you will provide support for master data management processes. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in programs to optimize business functions through data driven insights.

The work model for the role is: onsite #LI-onsite

This role is contributing to the ANSI Power Grid Components, Electrification - Distribution Solutions, Advanced Manufacturing in Pinetops, NC, US. Main stakeholders are: Product Engineering, Operations, Quality, IS.

You will be mainly accountable for:

* Create, validate, update, and delete master data records related to materials,
BOMs, routings, vendors, and customers within SAP.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Supply Chain,
Planning & Fulfillment, Industrialization, Quality, etc.) to ensure seamless
data integration, alignment, accuracy and completeness.
* Ensure that master data integrity, cleansing, normalization, and quality is
maintained efficiently and accurately in all systems within scope of responsibility.
* Provide daily support for SAP master data workflows and troubleshoot data related issues.
* Assists in the overall solution of quality issues by participating in the elimination of non-conformance and adopting the approach of 'doing it right the first time.
* Documents, reviews, and updates of all work procedures pertaining to all aspects of data policies and system maintenance.
* Participates in the development, updating and maintenance of procedures, tools, and metrics.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data management workflows.

Qualifications for the role

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Preferably EE degree.
* You are engaged and enjoy working in data validation, cleansing, and governance practices.
* 3+ years of experience in SAP master data management, preferably in a
manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (MM, PP, SD) and master data structures relevant to transformer manufacturing required.
* Experience with BOM management, material classification, and production routing setup.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
