Advertising and Paid Media Manager

The Opportunity:

Are you passionate about helping organizations change brand perception and create awareness around key initiatives through integrated marketing campaigns? The Enterprise marketing team is looking for a candidate to lead the Enterprise Paid Media and Advertising Program, working to integrate across marketing teams to define, manage, implement, place, and oversee paid media and advertising programs. This critical team member will work to advance brand awareness, elevate thought leadership, and generate engagement through external publications and platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with Corporate and Business leaders, Enterprise and Sector Marketers, and other corporate functions to execute and measure multifaceted strategic campaigns. This position is located in the Washington Metro area.

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience leading paid media strategy and execution across digital and traditional channels with a focus on data-driven, audience-centric, and business-to-government aligned campaigns

  • Experience developing integrated, digital-first marketing programs, including messaging, creative, advertising, organic or paid social, and content distribution

  • Experience in cross-functional alignment, stakeholder management, and third-party or vendor partnerships and collaborating in matrixed environments

  • Experience with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or Reddit and government-appropriate targeting strategies

  • Experience establishing clear paid media or advertising measurement frameworks with key performance indicators and demonstrating return on investment

  • Experience with performance optimization and innovation in paid media to deliver measurable business results driving demand and awareness among federal government audiences through data-driven storytelling and contextual messaging

  • Experience managing teams and agencies to deliver high-impact, brand-aligned content tailored to government and technology influencers and decision-makers

  • Experience mentoring talent, prioritizing workstreams, and fostering team growth

  • Ability to manage complex campaigns, including budget oversight, vendor compliance, content governance, project management, and vendor or contract management

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with business-to-government (B2G) marketing, including to the U.S. federal governmentand the tech community

  • Experience with full-funnel marketing for the public sector and tech community, including product marketing, capture support, and brand awareness or perception through conversion

  • Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI and Google Analytics to drive insights and optimize spend

  • Ability to be agile in high-pressure, fast-paced roles with complex project oversight and deadline accountability

  • Possession of excellent organizational, leadership, time management, and relationship-building skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
