What you'll be doing General Summary / Objectives: The Global Mobility Business & Systems Specialist will assess, design, and implement technology solutions that solve business problems and promote the growth of Hitachi's Global Mobility capabilities. The role will engage with internal and external stakeholders, working as the Business & Systems Integrator throughout the full lifecycle of solution development to generate successful business outcomes. It will also monitor services delivery to ensure unpredicted systems disruptions will not impact the availability of continuous service. Being a subject matter expert in technology solutions and familiar with the day-to-day operation of international mobility programs, the Global Mobility Business & Systems Specialist will provide guidance across the enterprise ensuring value and innovative solutions are implemented for all aspects of Global Mobility to the Hitachi Group Companies. Key internal relationships are with Global Mobility CoE, Shared Service organizations, and functions within Hitachi Group Companies including HR Digital, Finance, Administration, Travel, Local HR, Regional HQs and other organizations as needed. Pay is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area.
