What You Will Do as a Director, Application Engineering: The Director, Application Engineering is accountable for leading all application engineering and application support services for the organization. They must have deep expertise in technology engineering (the design, development, implementation, diagnosis, or repair of technology solutions), modern software development practices and the product operating model. This role will be accountable for leading a team of 10+ FTE staff plus 20+ contracted staff as part of a $5M per year managed services program. This key technology leader will be accountable for application solution delivery while driving change and modernization in both technology and ways of working. Skills for Success: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field/experience; advanced degree preferred. |
