The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor - Molding oversees day-to-day operations of assigned employees in the Injection Molding Factory. This role ensures production objectives are safely achieved at the lowest cost consistent with quality requirements. The supervisor acts as a liaison between managerial goals and floor-level execution, supporting visibility through daily reporting and continuous improvement initiatives Key responsibilities include:

The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. The salary range is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting.
