Under general supervision, work with other IT/OT and Business Unit teams to provide proper guidance to ensure hybrid cloud infrastructure, storage, operating systems, and infrastructure applications are operational, patched, upgraded, and changes documented to meet business requirements and according to the operations standards and required service quality and reliability. Manage project work packages to ensure project deliverables are met on time and under budget through collaboration with CPS Energy Data Center Operations, Enterprise Network Technology, Collaboration Services, Integrated Security, Service Desk, Network Operations Center, Application Support Teams and End Users. Provide incident resolution services, performance and capacity management, including weekly rotating call duty support on a 24/7 basis for all production systems.Maintain metrics and enhance tools to support system monitoring, incident resolution, and problem avoidance.Ensure auditable documentation is completed and maintained for hybrid cloud configurations, application configurations, upgrades, tests, and back out plans, and all processes and procedures associated with NERC CIP and other required compliance standards. Minimum Skills
Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Experience in IT Systems and storage administration.
Experience in Windows and/or UNIX system administration experience.
Experience in enterprise-level storage administration.
Ability to manage multiple priorities related to multiple projects at once, and work collaboratively across organizational lines.
Analytic ability in order to research technical issues and generate creative/innovative solutions.
Experience with enterprise level monitoring and automation technologies HP OpenView/OpsCenter, IBM Tivoli, Zenoss, or similar.
In-depth technical understanding, troubleshooting, and deployment experience with desktop virtualization technologies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Package, including word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software, electronic mail and scheduling. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Computer Systems, Management Information Systems or related field from an accredited university OR relevant Hybrid Cloud administration experience or certifications. Required Certifications
Working Environment
Hybrid home/onsite work, operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, repetitive motion. Use of company provided computing equipment, telephone, multi- functioning printer and calculator.
Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business-related events. After hours will be required. Overnight travel may be required. Physical Demands
