Sr. Affiliate Marketing Manager Contract 1-2 Years Location: Ideally NYC Remote Do you love building things from the ground up? We're looking for a Sr. Affiliate Marketing Manager who's excited to design, launch, and scale a best-in-class affiliate program in the cosmetic pharmaceuticals space. This is a high-impact role where you'll partner with our paid media, e-commerce, and PR teams to drive growth, test new ideas, and make your mark in a fast-growing industry. What you'll do Lead the charge on our client's affiliate program from strategy and publisher development, to day-to-day management. Stay ahead of industry trends, testing new platforms, networks, and publisher models that can fuel growth. Build and manage relationships with agencies, publishers, and networks, negotiating rates, managing invoicing, and ensuring smooth operations. Spot new affiliate opportunities, nurture partnerships, and build a pipeline of future growth. Track performance like a pro - analyzing KPIs, optimizing campaigns, and sharing insights that keep us moving forward. Work closely with teams across Brand, E-Comm, Analytics, MarTech, and PR to maximize impact. What we're looking for: 3+ years managing and executing performance-based affiliate programs across content publishers, traditional affiliates, and influencer/partnerships (building a program from scratch is a plus) Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar Background in beauty/skincare industry; e-commerce experience strongly preferred Proficient with affiliate networks such as Rakuten, ShareASale, Impact, CJ, Pepperjam, etc. Skilled at creating and presenting performance reports and program updates to senior leadership Deep knowledge of analytics/reporting tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) with the ability to interpret complex datasets and make data-driven decisions Hands-on experience with incrementality, A/B testing, and multivariate testing Strong content marketing expertise: Ability to identify what captures attention and drives engagement/action Solid understanding of performance marketing, online acquisition journeys, and conversion funnels Flexible, proactive, and process-driven; able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment while managing competing priorities Self-starter with curiosity and persistence; comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving next steps Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to collaborate across teams Bonus points if you have Experience with influencer marketing and TikTok Shop/IG Shop. A knack for content marketing and knowing what drives clicks, conversions, and conversations.
