Production Team Lead - Ottawa, KS | $19-$22/hr

Staffmark is hiring a Production Team Lead for American Eagle's Distribution Center in Ottawa, KS. This role is perfect for leaders with manufacturing, warehouse, or production supervisor experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay & Shifts:

• $19.00 - $22.00/hour
• Weekday & Weekend shifts available (Day & Evening options)

What You'll Do:

• Lead and train team members on the production floor
• Manage shift start-ups, attendance, and staffing coverage
• Monitor quality, safety, and production goals
• Support operations with hands-on leadership and problem-solving

Requirements:

• 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. and stand for long periods
