Program Analyst

As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. That's why we need an experienced program management specialist like you who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of mission systems integration work at an Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production (EMP) Flagship. You'll work with key stakeholders to support the successful execution of project activity. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft Project and regular interactions with project leads and all stakeholders.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience supporting the management of scope, schedule, cost, and risk for projects or programs
• Experience using Microsoft Project software for project scheduling and resource planning
• Experience using Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in the development of project cost estimates
• Experience in marketing and proposal support
• Experience with project financial management
• Experience with technical writing
• Knowledge of project risk management processes
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with technical management
• Experience supporting engineering, production, and integration projects
• Experience supporting a manufacturing facility
• Experience with production management support
• Experience developing SOWs, test procedures, and work instructions
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 or AS9100 certification processes
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• PMP Certification
