Digital Transformation Specialist

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience with digital transformation or IT modernization efforts
• Experience with business process reengineering and workflow automation
• Experience with automation tools such as RPA platforms, workflow engines, or low-code/no-code solutions
• Experience with Agile framework methodologies and tools such as Atlassian Suite products
• Experience facilitating scope, requirements, prioritization, and business process meetings with the project stakeholders,including presenting epic and task prioritization and grooming, refining product backlog, and planning product deliverables
• Knowledge of cloud technical concepts, best practices, and client solutions, and product management fundamentals, methodologies, and solutions
• Ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional transformation projects
• DHS Suitability
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with cloud migration and modernization efforts around AWC, Azure, or GCP
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Agile Practitioner, Agile Project Delivery Management (APM), or equivalent Certification
• AWS Cloud Practitioner or equivalent Certification

Vetting:
