Note: This position is remote, and candidates must reside in the Eastern (EST) or Central (CST) Time zones.

Role Summary

The Consultant, People Analytics and Insights is responsible for designing and delivering people analytics insights focused on the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, talent management, development, engagement and succession planning. This role partners with HR stakeholders across the organization to create data-driven insights that support business leaders in achieving strategic goals. Through advanced analytics and consulting expertise, this position enables measurable improvements in employee experience, talent outcomes, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Accountabilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to HR stakeholders, including HR Business Partners (HRBPs), HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), and HR Shared Services, to identify analytics needs related to the employee lifecycle (e.g., recruiting, talent management, development, succession planning, engagement).

  • Provide thought leadership and consulting expertise to design and implement data-driven strategies that enhance employee lifecycle programs and outcomes.

  • Support the implementation of scalable measurement solutions, processes, and governance frameworks to ensure repeatability and alignment with business priorities through cross-functional collaboration.

  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations tailored to audiences of different levels, enabling actionable decision-making and alignment with strategic goals.

  • Develop and deliver advanced analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting, talent management, development, succession planning, and engagement strategies.

  • Train and enable HR stakeholders on analytics best practices, including data interpretation, visualization, and storytelling to drive action planning.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 5-7 years in People Analytics/Human Resources

  • Bachelor's required, master's preferred: Behavioral Sciences, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or related field

  • Implementation of large, cross-functional programs/processes

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Advanced Degree in Statistics, I/O psychology or other quantitative social science field and 4+ years of experience in a people analytics or similar role or7+ years of experience in people analytics or similar role with aBachelor's Degreein Statistics, I/O psychology or other quantitative social science field.
  • Strong quantitative skills and proficiency with analytical and data visualization tools such as SQL, R, Python, SPSS, STATA, Minitab or Power BI.
  • Analytical and curious thinking style with passion for problem solving and telling compelling stories using data.
  • Ability to define problems and manage projects in a fast-paced organization.
  • Ability to translate requests, needs, presenting problems intoproposed solutions that can be successfully executed.
  • Ability to translate data into clear, relevant insights and communicate results to audiences at all levels of technical expertise.
  • Demonstrated strengths in collaboration and influencing skills and ability to anticipate problems and opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at an executive audience level
  • Experience creating compelling and intuitive data visualizations and presentations.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to deliver exceptional quality in reports and data analysis.
  • Working experience with HCM platforms such as Workday, ADP, and Degreed.

    *This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
