Pay Rate: $23.33/hour
Location: Hybrid - Onsite 2 days/week (Wednesdays required) Schedule: Monday-Friday, must be available to work until 8:00 PM About the Role We're hiring empathetic and resourceful professionals to join our Multi-Family Support team. In this role, you'll assist renters, tenants, property managers, and homeowners by providing critical resources and referrals. You'll be a key point of contact for individuals facing eviction or homelessness, so compassion and professionalism are essential. Key Responsibilities * Respond to calls related to multi-family rental requests, including tenant complaints and housing needs * Provide accurate information and referrals to support rental, homeownership, and housing stability * Use internal knowledge base to answer customer inquiries * Document all customer interactions in an internal database * Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email Required Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED * 2+ years of property management experience * 1+ year of contact center or phone-based customer service experience (e.g., receptionist, administrative support) * Strong communication and empathy skills Employee Value Proposition (EVP) * Brand-new office space with modern amenities * Holiday pay and 56 hours of sick time annually * After 1 year: 2 weeks of PTO for contractors * High conversion rate to full-time employment for top performers * Attractive benefits package upon conversion Work Environment * Training: Onsite for the first 4 weeks * Hybrid Schedule: Eligible after demonstrating proficiency; 1-3 remote days/week based on performance and manager discretion *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.61 - $23.32/hr.
