OverviewThe Industry Partner Solutions (IPS) organization is responsible for accelerating revenue and share growth, by empowering customers and partners to securely transform with Microsoft Cloud, AI, Windows devices and experiences. Within IPS, Windows and Devices Sales (WDS) combines the build and sell motions of Windows and device solutions to delight Commercial and Consumer customers worldwide. As part of WDS, the Device Partner Sales (DPS) organization plays a critical role in achieving this mission. We build, market and sell breakthrough AI-powered devices and cloud experiences with partners, including Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), device distribution and reseller channels, Original Design Manufacturers (ODM), and Silicon providers. We work closely across the device partner ecosystem and internal teams to transform the world of computing. Opportunities in DPS are expansive. We span the entire product lifecycle from incubation, prototyping, and portfolio planning to device design, sell through in the Retail, Distribution and Reseller channels to Consumer and Commercial customers. As a member of our team, you will be part of growing a multi-billion-dollar business, charting new areas of innovation, and contributing to our partnership engagements worldwide. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Windows devices and AI services in partnership with the strength of our device partner ecosystem. As the Partner Marketing Manager, you will lead co-marketing efforts with ASUS, one of Microsoft's top six global OEM ecosystem partners. This role reports to the Global Device Partners (GDP) Marketing Director and works closely with the ASUS Account Lead and GDP regional marketing managers to drive alignment and execution across global and local marketing initiatives. The Partner Marketing Manager designs and executes campaigns that inspire and engage customers-especially in high-growth segments like Copilot+ PCs. ResponsibilitiesPlanningSupport and influence the design of the partner marketing plan for Windows devices at the regional and subsidiary level, with an understanding of the worldwide and regional competitive landscape.Define and communicate Microsoft's device marketing priorities and plans for ASUS devices, including product launches, new channels or methods of distribution, and marketing campaigns/initiatives. Ensure alignment with Windows Category (RMI investments) and other key stakeholders.Plan for and manage all budgetary marketing investments in the regions.Maximize the impact of Microsoft's co-marketing investments across consumer and commercial segments, supporting business objectives and KPIs for the Windows and Microsoft 365 product portfolios.Cross-Group CollaborationWork closely with local contacts (marketing managers, channel executives) in both ASUS and Microsoft to manage investments and campaigns.Act as the partner advocate for ASUS within DPS, WDS, and Windows, promoting their products, marketing plans, initiatives, and results to cross-organizational stakeholders.Support ASUS marketing and sales teams in the successful landing of programs.Business Operational ExcellenceDeliver excellence in co-marketing program budget planning and management, owning the rhythm of business checkpoints both internally and externally, and ensuring accountability of shared metrics with proactive course correction as needed.Oversee the allocation of shared marketing investment programs, ensuring timely and efficient distribution by country. Maintain accountability for optimization, effectiveness, and adherence to ROI and compliance guidelines.Support ROI analysis for the marketing organization and recommend adjustments to capitalize on market opportunities.Identify trends in partner and competitor activity to anticipate opportunities or risks and propose appropriate marketing solutions.Collaborate with the regional Marketing Operations team to approve local purchase orders (POs), ensure appropriate Proof of Execution (POE), and drive reporting.
