*Description*
-Leads efforts to expand the distributor network, strengthen relationship with existing partners and identify new business opportunities. They oversee the sales team, collaborate with marketing, and play a key role in shaping sales strategy and execution. Trying to get their product into their stores and showrooms. This person will be responsible for increasing existing relationships as well as have a rolodex of people in the industry to drive new sales. They will be responsible for increasing purchase orders and getting products into new showrooms. Leveraging their network with Home Depot, Lowes, Hajoca, and different distributors in the Industry. *Skills* Sales, plumbing, home depot, sales targets, Account management, cold calling *Top Skills Details* Sales,plumbing,home depot,sales targets,Account management,cold calling *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years in Wholesale Sales experience (Plumbing industry preferred), with at least 8 years in high level management or leadership roles. Proven track record of developing and scaling a national wholesale network in the plumbing industry. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build customer relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong negotiation skills and experience managing large wholesale accounts. Expertise in leading, managing, and developing large, cross-functional teams. Ability to inspire and cultivate a high-performing, collaborative team environment. Data-driven mindset with expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. Ability to work on assignments where the problems, opportunities and solutions may not be clearly defined. Strong problem-solving skills combined with the ability to find unique solutions to complex problems.
