Position: Marketing Communications Manager

Location: Hybrid Remote within service area states of DE, MD or FL

What you'll be working on:



  • Lead and manage a team that will work directly with each Business Unit to support their marketing and growth objectives.
  • Establish goals and initiatives with each team member and provide leadership and direct feedback often.
  • Oversee the development of and support a multi-channel communications plan that outlines key marketing objectives for each Business Unit. Ensure the regular interaction with Business Units occurs regularly.
  • Work with business teams to provide strategic marketing direction and create compelling, energy-generating content, story ideas, social posts, big wins and other profile-raising opportunities that supporting key strategic messages.
  • Develop a clear and engaging rhythm of communication, helping to build effective channels, strategies, media, and methods to reach our customers and partners.
  • engagement like business-related sponsorships and external marketing events.
  • Lead or assign and provide direction for special projects that require high-level engagement for marketing deliverables. Balance competing projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess and maintain knowledge about the latest innovative and leading-edge marketing techniques.
  • Work with team members to manage the marketing communications marketing budgets including the budget allocation and relationships with external communications agencies.
  • Possess passion for communications, creativity and storytelling, including utilization of new channels, strategies, multimedia and other effective tools to inform and engage people. Eye for graphic design and multi-media creative content.
  • Record keeping and compliance.
  • Direct supervision of Marketing Communications Managers.


Who you are:



  • 5 years minimum experience managing a team of marketing professionals or projects.
  • Proficient in the following areas: Development and execution of marketing strategies, creative service and graphic design, digital and social media marketing.
  • Proficient with a variety of marketing concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud software (In Design, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Experience leveraging salesforce.com, Hubspot and other marketing platforms (Pardot, etc.)
  • Proficiency in business-related computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail oriented, high level of initiative and strong interpersonal skills.


Where you'll be working:



  • Remote working environment with period travel as needed for training, meetings and events. Requires 24/7 availability for issue management and crisis communications.
