What We Offer

• Pay: $24.74 - $35.89/hour (based on experience)
• Bonuses: $200 quarterly attendance bonus + quarterly profit-sharing bonus

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred)
• Perform welding, fabrication, and system upgrades
• Maintain hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing
• Execute preventive maintenance and safety procedures (LOTO, NFPA 70E, PPE)

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and mechanical repair
• Electrical/PLC troubleshooting and programming experience
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic schematics
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts: Days (7am-7pm) and Nights (7pm-7am), rotating
• $1.00/hour night shift premium
• Overtime required (with double-time pay over 48 hrs)
