Description and Requirements

At Lenovo, our UDS (User, Device, Service) platform leads with Cloud and AI to drive software innovation and transformation, focusing on Lenovo device value, user experience (UX), and acting as the "glue" for new solutions. Our UDS Cloud Platform is built on a global, microservices-based architecture for both public and private clouds.

We are seeking a Strategic Partner Manager (SPM) to accelerate partner integration, strategic product alignment, and requirements direction, while driving thought leadership and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic product alignment and partner integration initiatives.
  • Lead diverse partner solution implementation projects, defining Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and providing product and technical leadership.
  • Influence Lenovo's senior leadership by developing and advocating for partner product strategies that align with customer and business needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with account managers, business development, engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams to craft and implement scalable, flexible, and resilient solutions.
  • Act as a key point of contact for partner feedback and recommendations, channeling insights into Lenovo's product and engineering roadmap.
  • Track and manage partner projects and integrations, ensuring timely delivery and transparent communication with stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze ongoing partner relationships to enhance customer experience, feature adoption, registrations, trial-to-paid conversions, retention, and upselling opportunities.
  • Define partner and product requirements, ensuring alignment with Lenovo's product strategy.
  • Manage and deliver complex, strategically important partner projects.
  • Support partners and account teams in solution design, integration, and execution.
  • Provide thought leadership in software, SaaS, and cloud ecosystems.
  • Build trusted relationships with partners, executives, and technical teams.
  • Deliver clear communication and project progress updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in partner management, product management, or strategic business development.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of cloud services, software ecosystems, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects across multiple stakeholders.
