JOB SUMMARY The Case Manager serves as a resource for students along with emergency support and outreach to students. Through the framework of Cura Personalis, all personnel in the Dean of Students Office respond to significant health issues and personal matters to provide consultation, assistance and appropriate referrals for students in distress. This position will provide support for student case management in the Dean of Students Office. The Case Manager supports the Division of Student Development protocol for students in distress; and coordinates assessment efforts to address student success strategies for the Dean of Students Office.
