Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of regional and national field marketing programs targeting public sector (federal, state, and local government agenciesand education organizations).
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events (e.g., trade shows, webinars, executive roundtables, partner events).
  • Manage logistics for field marketing activities including event registration, staff registration, vendor coordination, promotional materials, and shipping.
  • Track and report on marketing program performance metrics, including lead generation, event ROI, and pipeline impact.
  • Collaborate with sales and channel teams to align marketing activities with regional priorities and campaign goals.
  • Partner with internal and external cross-functional marketing teams and vendors to support field marketing efforts.
  • Support the development of targeted messaging and content for public sector audiences.
  • Maintain field marketing calendars and project trackers to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Ensure alignment with budgets and procurement requirements by submitting purchasing tickets and tracking them through the approval process.
  • Support campaign execution and follow-up, including lead uploads, nurturing workflows, and sales enablement.
  • Coordinate with content, design, and web teams to implement website updates that support public sector campaigns and key messaging priorities.
  • Ensure brand consistency and industry compliance in all field marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • You have 3+ years of experience in marketing, events, or program coordination.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Salesforce, PowerBI, Canva, Sociabble, or other similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting or marketing to the public sector (federal/state/local government and education) is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and learn.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future


The wage range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors in determining your pay. We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $64,000-$166,000. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
