Salary Range:

FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

Your Responsibilities:



  • Administer online customer billing, ensuring invoices are generated accurately and submitted through customer portals.
  • Review and resolve sales orders placed on billing block by identifying issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and releasing orders for timely processing.
  • Manage customer collections by monitoring AR aging reports, following up directly with customers on overdue bal-ances, and working with Sales to resolve disputes and reduce past due accounts.
  • Monitor Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and Past Due Balances to evaluate collection performance, highlight trends, and support working capital improvement initiatives.
  • Provide backup support for cash application by posting payments, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring proper al-location of customer remittances.
  • Assist with additional responsibilities and special projects, including process improvements, audits, and cross-departmental initiatives to strengthen credit and collections operations.


Qualifications we are looking for:



  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
  • 5 + years' experience.
  • SAP/S4 Hana, Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills, Power BI a plus.
  • Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate monthly, quarterly, and annual deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
