Summary:

In this role, you will work with limited supervision to provide dedicated support to affiliate network hospitals and health care facilities. You will collaborate with the Spend Executive to drive contract execution and implementation of supply chain solutions. You will identify savings opportunities, increase utilization of contracts and programs, and recommend products and strategies that deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate implementation of contracts to ensure maximum value by tracking savings, reporting, and resolving issues.

• Inform clients of industry trends and Vizient capabilities to strengthen competitiveness and maintain trusted advisor status.

• Partner with product advisors to promote client utilization of tools and apply insights to support account plans.

• Identify and execute opportunities in collaboration with client sourcing teams, ensuring sign-off of savings and documentation in savings plans.

• Support supplier sales targeting to align with client priorities.

• Educate clients on Vizient analytics tools to maximize usage and value.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred. Advanced degree a plus.

• 2 or more years of relevant experience required.

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.

• Strong client-facing and group presentation skills required.

• Strong organizational abilities with experience managing multiple deadlines and resolving conflicts effectively.

• Sales or supply chain experience preferred.

• Experience working with complex healthcare or hospital clients, including multi-site organizations, preferred.

• Willingness to travel.
