Join Our Team as an Admissions Representative!

Are you ready to make a difference in people's lives? We are seeking a passionate and driven Admissions Representative to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking our programs, guiding them through the admissions process with professionalism and care.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the Voice of Our Organization: Answer incoming calls with enthusiasm and professionalism, providing callers with essential information about our programs.
  • Gather Key Information: Obtain demographic and insurance details from callers, ensuring a smooth transition into our admissions process.
  • Qualify Leads: Assess potential clients and convert leads into pre-admissions (cases) for seamless handoff to our Admissions Coordinators.
  • Follow Up and Track: Manage department voicemails and abandoned calls, diligently following up on Treatment Consultant calls and web inquiries. Track call types for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate Effectively: Speak clearly and accurately about our programs, ensuring callers feel informed and valued.
  • Collaborate with Your Team: Work closely with fellow team members to maintain a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Data Entry Excellence: Expediently enter client demographics and insurance information into our systems to keep our processes running smoothly.
  • Prioritize Urgency: Recognize high-profile cases or urgent admissions and communicate effectively with Admissions Coordinators to ensure timely responses.
