Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a short-term work-study assistant to support IT Asset Management operations. This role will assist with maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking equipment assignments, and supporting lifecycle management of technology assets. The position will help ensure compliance, improve data accuracy, and streamline processes critical to the university's technology infrastructure.

• Monitor and track daily FedEx shipments for routine hardware ticket requests

• Track and manage the return of ITS equipment following employee terminations

• Assist with updating and maintaining software license entitlements

• Review monthly credit card reports, identify unfamiliar charges, and contact internal customers for clarification

• Upload AI purchase receipts into shared folders and update internal tracking tools accordingly

• Support ITS team members in conducting software renewal surveys and compiling responses

• Current enrollment in classes as part of a SNHU degree program

• Reliable Internet
