Your Opportunity as the EISO Analyst The Equipment Integrity & Service Operations Analyst will support the execution of the customer setup, contract validation, asset management, customer installation requests, management of service work orders, and equipment return requests. Analyst will collaborate with the various business functions, including Territory Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers, warehouse personnel and third-party service providers to execute completely and accurately. Key objectives include processing, scheduling installations, creating returns, managing aged service work orders and handling system exceptions to drive asset management accuracy, training, and overall awareness of solutions that support field driven practices. Location: 1 Strawberry Ln, Orrville, OH 44667 (J.M. Smucker Corporate Office) Work Arrangements: Hybrid, onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires In this Role You Will:
Create, validate and maintain customer records in the Equipment & Service (E&S) asset tracking system Ensure equipment and service agreements are executed appropriately and align with the assets placed at individual locations Collaborate with Sales, Techs, Distribution center and Customers to process, align on time availability and inventory to schedule Installation requests Collaborate with Third Party personnel and JMS Field service Manager to manage open/aged service Workorders Collaborate with cross functional teams to execute installations, exceptions and returns Collaborate with Techs, Warehouse Personnel and TP to identify and resolve discrepancies, exceptions, and day to day issues Problem resolution with customers, technicians, vendors, distribution, sales, and freight companies Collaborate with Sr. Analyst to support EISO SOP's Serve as the subject matter expert on regional day to day tasks Support sales and customer needs to find asset placement solutions Assist with the monitoring of data reports to ensure objectives are met Collaborate with TSM's and technicians to execute customer validation requests Collaborate with the Distribution Center and vendors to ship, monitor shipment and receipt of the equipment to help with margin management Other tasks as required
