Posting Date 08/29/2025 1150 Lake Hearn Dr NeSte 100,Atlanta,Georgia,30342-1566,United States of AmericaAs a member of the Value Based Care team, the Director, Operations - Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) will report directly to the Vice President of Integrated Kidney Care.This leader will operate across both government and commercial VBC lanes leading functions to ensure the overarching success of programs.The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of business strategy, engaging with internal and external partners, aggregating and synthesizing analysis, partnering with various functions across the enterprise to drive strategic planning, innovation, and execution.This individual will organize management processes, drive business communications internally and externally, and support teammate engagement. This teammate will partner with DaVita Kidney Care, Nephrologists, supporting business functions and operating teams. DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) is the leading value based care provider for patients with kidney disease. We support patients with kidney disease holistically to address the totality of their healthcare needs, ultimately reducing medical complications and overall healthcare cost. Our operating model and performance leads the industry. We believe that all patients with kidney disease deserve this comprehensive level of care. It creates a win-win-win, for the patients, for the Government, and for providers.The Director of Integrated Kidney Care will help guide business innovation and operations to new levels of performance.
