Position Title: Warehouse Operator
Wage: $16.00 - $19.84 per hour Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 12 Hour Weekends Hours: 6:45am-3:00pm, 2:45pm-11:00pm, 10:45pm-7:00am, 7:00am-7:00pm or 7:00pm-7:00am Keep the flow moving-and make a real impact! As a Warehouse Associate in a fast-paced pharmaceutical packaging environment, you'll be a key player in the supply chain-receiving critical components, supporting production, and helping ship life-saving medications. Warehouse Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Complete basic training program including Employee Orientation, cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), safety and forklift licensing - Maneuver forklift (either a standard electric "sit-down" fork truck or a double-reach "stand-up" material handling truck) to transport pallet loads of material throughout the plant, and into/out of rack fixtures - Record, both manually and electronically, the movements of pallets of material. - Perform the following warehouse functions in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system: Inspection, Receiving to Stock, Inventory Transfer, Material Issuance to Work Order, Return to Stock, WIP (Work in process), Move, Finished Goods Move - Assess and unload deliveries per applicable SOP's (Standard Operating Procedure), and work practices - Maintain housekeeping standards - Adhere to company, cGMP and GCP (Good Clinical Practices), procedures, rules and regulations Warehouse Operator Requirements: - Able to move and/or transport up to 50 pounds - Able to work overtime hours and weekends as required - Excellent attendance - Stationary Position: Under 1/4 of the day - Move, Traverse: From 1/2 to 3/4 of the day - Operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, or place: From 1/4 to 1/2 of the day - Install, place, adjust, apply, measure, use, or signal: Up to 1/4 of the day - Position self (to) or Move (about or to): From 1/2 to 3/4 of the day - Communicate or exchange information: From 1/4 to 1/2 of the day - Detect, distinguish, or determine: Up to 1/4 of the day - Work near moving mechanical parts for 1/2 to 3/4 of the day - Work is performed in areas with moderate risk or discomfort that may require special safety precautions, such as wearing protective clothing or gear for up to 1/4 of the day PCIRecruiting@qpsemployment.com IND017 About us: QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
