Description As a Culture Team Intern within Union Pacific's Human Resources department, you'll play an active role in advancing initiatives that promote a strong, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture. This internship provides hands-on experience in project planning and execution, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to strategic HR efforts that shape employee engagement across the organization. Interns will take ownership of award submission processes, support key administrative functions, and contribute to high-impact initiatives that drive cultural alignment. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with HR leaders, gain insight into how Union Pacific fosters employee engagement, and build meaningful connections across departments through collaborative, purpose-driven projects. Final rate of pay will be based on several factors including year of study, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
