A Day in the Life

The Transformation Office Director serves as a key catalyst for change within our organization. Works closely with senior leadership and their transformation team to drive strategic initiatives, optimize operations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Apply expertise to navigate complex challenges, develop and execute transformational strategies, and ensuring successful execution and adoption of strategic initiatives.

  • Leads the execution of critical transformation initiatives by defining objectives, developing action plans, and managing all phases from conception to implementation.
  • Partners with stakeholders to understand business goals and challenges, translates insights into comprehensive strategies, and fosters alignment.
  • Provides thought leadership and expert guidance to senior executives and transformation teams on organizational change and robust change management plans.
  • Champions the transformation journey by articulating purpose, progress, and impact to foster stakeholder buy-in and alignment.
  • Oversees multiple projects simultaneously, ensures deliverables align with firm-wide objectives and key results (OKRs), and completes them on time and within budget.
  • Identifies and mitigates potential roadblocks and risks, develops clear action plans to maintain momentum and meet quality standards.
  • Serves as the central point of contact and trusted advisor for transformation teams and senior leadership, communicates progress, risks, and challenges, and inspires teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration, secure buy-in, and enhance cross-functional communication.
  • Engages teams in continuous learning and agile growth, fosters a culture of innovation, adaptability, and cooperation.
  • Leverages firm-wide metrics and KPIs to track the success and impact of transformation efforts, and defines new indicators as needed.
  • Delivers timely and accurate performance reporting on strategic initiatives to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Leads change management efforts by developing communication plans, training materials, and support systems to ensure smooth transitions and high user adoption.
  • Champions change by mitigating resistance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensures timely and accurate performance on assigned projects.
  • Maintains compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines.

Who You Are

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred.
  • You have 10+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably within a CPA firm, consulting firm, or relevant professional services organization.
  • You have a proven ability to lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams.
  • You have experience in assessing, validating, and driving transformation initiatives.
  • You have deep understanding of strategic methodologies and framework including Levitt diamond, balance scorecard, value proposition canvas, operating model canvas.
  • You have proven experience in leading strategic planning principles, facilitation, and roadmap development.
  • You have extensive experience driving successful transformation initiatives through critical thinking skills and industry best practices.
  • You have exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and program leadership skills.
  • You have superior leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams, drive collaboration, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence
  • You have effective negotiation skills to resolve conflicts, manage expectations, and influence stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • You have strong understanding of the professional services industry, business models, and emerging trends.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire change at all levels of an organization.
  • You are proficient in change management methodologies and tools.
  • This position requires 25% travel to other Eide Bailly locations and to attend various business development events.

Compensation

$175,000-$215,000

Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
