Summary:

This steady-paced practice includes 3 Physicians and 3 APP's. Some days are busier than others. We assist both male and female patients with Urologic conditions from Urinary Incontinence to Prostate Cancer. Our office strives for excellence in delivering patient care. This is achieved by having a great staff of hardworking individuals. This office is located right next to the eastern trail in Biddeford, which is good for walking on lunch breaks. • Consistent Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM schedule
• No weekends!
• Fully onsite in Biddeford, ME

The Patient Service Specialist role ensures patient scheduling and referral needs are met while assisting in the general administrative and patient service needs of the practice.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: Six months of medical office experience required.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
