Description Medical Group Practices Clerical/Administrative Support Req #: 46881 For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. Summary: MaineHealth Urology - South Portland \| MaineHealth This is a large, busy surgical urology practice with 20+ providers that is dedicated to providing great patient and employee experiences! This practice manages regular office visits, in office procedures and ultrasounds, and works with MaineHealth ORs to coordinate surgeries for a large patient population. Monday-Friday 8:15AM-4:45PM Consistent scheduling with no weekends! Fully onsite in South Portland, ME The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. License/Certifications: N/A Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
