Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with any phase of global business evolution, providing support in several areas from analyzing foreign market opportunities to identifying important business issues (in both consulting and accounting areas)
  • Execute business to business proactive outreach, primarily by telephone, to key contacts in targeted accounts within identified markets to generate awareness and interest in our services; identifies and procures profitable and targeted business opportunities for the Firm
  • Develop and review complex financial models; analyze and deliver data to support management decision making
  • Conducted comprehensive financial due diligence for cross-border transactions
  • Work on a variety of engagements for international clients with a focus on transaction advisory; due diligence and investment research in foreign markets
  • Participate in client meeting and site visits which interacting with top-level management to acquire and assessment important information for financial analysis
  • Work collaboratively on Global Services internal team projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or business related field is required
  • 2-5 years of professional work experience in either public accounting or related industry
  • Strong technical skills including Advanced Excel and financial modeling
  • CPA designation is preferred
  • Foreign language skills (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, Portuguese, French, or others) are a plus but not required.
  • Business experience in working with client and managing multiple projects
  • Proved practice development experience is also preferred
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 40%

We are pleased to offer eligible staff a robust benefits package. Eligibility and contribution requirements for some of these benefits vary based on the number of hours staff work per week. Highlights include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance. These standard offerings are effective on the first of the month following your start date. In addition to this, eligible staff are able to take advantage of our Flexible Time Off and various pre-determined holidays as well as a 401(k) plan, flexible benefits plans, business-related travel expense, lodging and meal reimbursement for business-related use. A Pension plan is also available for eligible administrative and paraprofessional staff. A discretionary bonus plan is available for eligible staff. Plante Moran also offers Interns and Contractors the option to elect health insurance under our contingent staff medical plan as of the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment in addition to limited paid time sick time. Seasonal staff are not eligible for benefits.

Compensation is commensurate with technical skills and experience is provided in accordance with applicable state requirement. Compensation information posted is based on a position being located in the state of CO or IL. Please review theposition location for theapplicable geographic location.
